Refund policy
Returns & Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted up to 3 hours after orders are placed. Please contact me at kittyalyst@gmail.com to request a cancellation and refund of your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are processed or shipped. All items are final sale. We do not accept returns.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost Orders
We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders shipped with the UNTRACKED + UNINSURED shipping options (Please see our shipping policies here). All orders have the option of upgrading the shipping to be tracked at checkout. Please contact us if you have not received your order within a reasonable time frame and we will try our best to help.
