Shipping policy


 ↣ Beginning July 1st, 2021, all orders to the EU and UK will be subject to VAT surcharges. [ kittyalyst ] does not collect or remit VAT and customers will be solely responsible for any charges incurred before or upon delivery.
↣ Please be aware of possible delays in shipment related to VAT collection. Any returned parcels due to VAT non-remittance can be mailed again at the cost of shipping, or refunded excluding cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
